Fast and accurate “touch” sensing: These sensors perform quick searches at high speeds up to 118 in/min, reducing multiple program steps down to just one or two commands for simple macro integration.
Non-contact, 3D part search: The FD-QD sensor projects laser stripes to perform 3D scans of parts, aligning robot programs with actual workpiece positions, even on complex or thin materials.
